Ingredients:
½ lb. beef brisket per person
Worcestire sauce
2 Tbsp garlic salt
2 Tbsp onion salt
Paprika
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Garlic cloves
Sweet onions
Red or green bell peppers
Provolone cheese
Texas toast
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl; set aside. Place brisket meat-side up, cover with Worcestire sauce & spice rub, and press down with a spoon. Add red and black pepper. Flip over and do the same with the fat-side up. Cut 3-4 slits in fat side, insert garlic piece in each slot. Cover tightly with foil and refrigerate overnite. In the morning, remove from fridge and let sit tightly covered for one hour. Bake @ 275 for 5 hours or bake at 200 degrees for 6-7 hours. Assemble as sandwiches with Texas toast, sliced onions and provolone cheese.
