White Chocolate Fruit Flan

Rachel Dardis

Ingredients:

¾ cup butter, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
1 ½ cups flour

10 oz. white chocolate chips
¼ cup whipping cream
1 pkg. cream cheese
Various fruits (mandarin oranges, kiwi, pineapple, blueberries strawberries)

¼ cup sugar
1 Tbsp cornstarch
½ cup pineapple juice
1 ½ tsp lemon juice

Preparation:

Mix butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Slowly blend in flour. Spread flat over flan sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 20-25 minutes (golden brown).

Combine chips and whipping cream; microwave for 90 seconds. With a mixer, add cream cheese and mix for 1-2 minutes. Spread evenly over crust.

Decorate with fruit! Do not use frozen fruit because it tends to bleed. Make sure canned fruits are drained well.

Combine last 4 ingredients over medium heat. Let cool. Drizzle over fruit. Chill before serving.
